ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
The Sociedad Cooperativa del Campo SAN BLAS of Sax (Alicante), was founded in 1928, although it is the evolution of a Farmers Union that dates from the late nineteenth century.
Its foundation met the need of wine growers to buy sulfur product together to be able to cope with the devastating plague of the Oidium that had been installed in their plots.
Shortly after the winemakers decided to join to found the winery that was located in its current facilities back in the 50s.
During the 70s, the mill became part of the cooperative and occupies facilities attached to those of the winery, becoming one of the most modern in the Valencian Community and producing oils of excellent quality.
