OUR HISTORY:
Almazara El Tendre is a century-old company whose origins date back to April 20, 1839, when Don Joaquin Sempere García inherited the mill from his father-in-law, Gaspar Ferrández.
For six generations he has maintained the family structure, transmitting to his descendants the purest traditional art of the oil process.
Despite modernization in industrial evolution, El Tendre has remained faithful to the spirit of traditional production.
Until 1990 the mill continued to use the presses to grind the olive and the oil was hand-packed.
